I'll be bringing along at least one new shooter, possibly two.

The GF is bringing along an unattached female friend with no shooting experience - I did my best to warn her (the friend) that she would probably be popular among the unattached menfolk.

I'll bring some buns and brats. I'll also bring a chronograph that anyone is welcome to use.

And don't forget your calguns id (attached)

Is the list on post #2 up to date? Don't want to read through 18 pages of what I don't need to bring. Just want to know what we are still lacking at this point.

It may be hard to distinguish calgunners from your random joe there. With me probably be the exception.
Perhaps we should figure out which table to gather at?

There is a gazebo there. Perhaps that might serve as a meeting focal point?

It's always at the same place, you can't miss everyone. Range 1-2, to the right of the main RO building by the picnic tables and the big old tree. If you can't see the crowd, you shouldn't be shooting a weapon.

Just walk up to the first group you see hanging around near the picnic tables near the sign in and sort of give a blank, lost expression.
We'll take it from there.

We're from Calguns. And we're here to help.

Arranged for a big platter of samosas in honor of my friend, the late Parag - on top of my usual tritip load.

The samosas been ordered/paid for, and are from the usual vendor (Rajjot).

They'll likely get there under the good offices of Calgunner Edsel_6502.

Felonious Phil (Calgunner by proxy) will be bringing a variety of supplies.

Supply update. To ensure everyone is well hydrated, I will be bringing the following to the Shoot-n-que:

1. One flat of canned Coca-Cola (non-diet).
2. One flat of bottled water.
3. One flat of canned Kern's Nectar.

I will also have a spare box of utensils just in case we run short of them.

I'll see everyone there at the event on Saturday.

EDIT: I will be packing BALUT to the SNQ by special request as seen below. Please bring your condiments necessary for consuming Balut to the SNQ!

The grill will be set up right next to the range office by all of the picnic tables. You won't miss us.... we'll be the ones with all of the food.

People tend to kind of trickle in over the course of the day, so a central meet point wouldn't help much. We'll be going back and forth between shooting benches and food anyway.

Yes, the list on post #2 is as up to date as I can keep it. I need to re-update it again today, but it's so close to Q time, that it probably won't matter at this point. It was up to date as of yesterday. Bring whatever you want, I think we'll be (more than) good for food. ... as usual.

Ivan, why are you on crutches? Did someone try to feel up your man-boobs,
or were you cross shooting someone's target again?

My man boobs are getting firmer because of the crutches!

I broke my ankle in Hawaii on vacation. I still say the only bullseye you had on your target all day was the one I shot from my bench.

I have picked up six 17-day old duck Balut for any brave souls who want to have some at the SNQ. I guess we can list them as "snacks".

I thought I would put out one more offer to carpool from San Jose to Chabot. Anyone in? I'll probably be driving my Dad's Camry as opposed to my 2 seater truck, so I can pick up a couple of people if they want to throw a couple of bucks in the gas tank

There will be 2 stops along the way however. One at the Safeway on Diablo Valley Road before Chabot and the other at the Bank of the West right in that same area.

I could bring a cooler too. It isn't one of those huge 5 foot across ones, but it's big enough (probably like 3ft wide). I'm was planning on stopping at Safeway on the way, so picking up 4 or 5 bags of ice wouldn't be a problem.

For what it's worth, I'll be bringing some gunsmithing tools with me. Punches, a hammer, solvent, oil, etc. in case a weapon goes down.

I"ll be the geeky looking white guy in his early 40's wearing a navy blue NRA T-shirt. But no man boobs.
