I am using a Dillons xl650. I am in Carlsbad. I just set the press up, haven't used it yet. Last thing I need is the Dillons scale. Looking to reload 5.56, then get into .44 and some other stuff.

This reloading shop offers reloading classes...they're located in the Santee / El Cajon area...not sure about the schedule with Covid but probably worth a call:

You will still have to spend time online, watching videos. A reloading class will teach you the basics, what you would find in a reloading manual (start with one, read the reloading chapters end-to-end).
Setting up a progressive press is more of an engineering task than a reloading challenge. You have to measure everything accurately to set up the press, then refine your processes and work on QC. I doubt you'll get that from a reloading class. It would have to be a 650-specific class.
