Types of Ammo Allowed

I've been reading mixed reviews about types allowed and some say depending on the seasons in order to prevent brush fires from steel jackets.

From my understanding the cheap wolf stuff that is steel cased is not okay because the jacket is bi metal? To be safe is it just best to go with brass only ammo?
