I just got 1 of 3 approved today.
CZ Scorpion with Brace Created 5/16/2023, submitted 5/16/2023

Still waiting on another Scorpion and an 80%
CZ Scorpion with Brace Created 5/16/2023, submitted 5/16/2023
AR with brace. Created 5/31/2023, submitted 6/23/2023

The AR was submitted on the last day, but went into "Pending Research" because it was an 80%. They later moved it to "Submitted 6/23/2023".

That is a very long time for an application that didn't have any issues.

Four months is average for the late applicants. He?s lucky he had no issues, otherwise he?d be doing paper Form 1 now.

Still, free SBR.

Thanks.
Eform & .eft. I did all of them at least 3 times over. That site was not working right. If there was one thing off, the whole form got truncated and messed up. I wasnt clicking "back" either, just navigating through their site. I learned to take screen shots of each page so I could eventually do a final run from start to finish without trying to redo/correct any parts.

Rub it in, beanz, rub it in.

As much as I like the idea of an 11.5 inch AR with silencer as a trunk gun, the road trip I make the most is to Vegas. It seems like a pita to file a 5320 every time I go (two of them, actually). So I've resigned myself to carrying a 16" when I go out of state.

I usually use their ?train station? to go back-and-forth between pages. That works pretty well. And I often save the application in case it crashes.

No, no, I am in the same boat with two applications still hung up. One is from February with a paper fingerprint form, and one from April with EFT file. At this point, if they do not get approved, I might just let it go, although the first one would be a sweet AR SBR that takes AK mags.

Why not travel with them as pistols with a buffer tube cheek rest?

I thought about that, but my 10.5" is VERY unpleasant without a can even with just an A2 on the end. Unless I try out an 11.5" upper and find it to be a lot quieter, I can't imagine using an AR pistol naked w/out ear pro.

Remember suppressors don't need a 5320.20 to cross state lines (where they are legal.)

My final one was approved today. Thats 3/3
CZ Scorpion with Brace Created 5/16/2023, submitted 5/16/2023

In order of approval:
CZ Scorpion with Brace Created 5/16/2023, submitted 5/16/2023, approved 9/18/2023 @ 9:00am pacific
AR 80% with brace. Created 5/31/2023, submitted 6/23/2023, approved 9/19/2023 @ 7:11pm pacific
CZ Scorpion with Brace Created 5/16/2023, submitted 5/16/2023, approved 9/26/2023 @ 10:44am pacific.

As mentioned before, the AR was submitted the last day, but went into "Pending Research". Once someone looked at it, it went to "Submitted", which is why it shows "Submitted" after the deadline. No stamps, just an "Approval" letter. So I wouldn't doubt they do that so they can rescind the approval.

Idk. These are the only CZs I own. First PCC was a Keltec Sub2k. That was nice because it folded. I built a 16in AR 9mm, and that was meh. It did have last round bolt hold open, so it was a slight upgrade, but really too much barrel for blowback 9mm. So I bought one Scorpion and thought it was much better than the other two. I won another one on FB, and gave it to my dad. Then I heard they were increasing prices by 50% ($800 to $1200), so I bought another one before the price increase. They seem like a really nice integrally suppressed SBR platform.
