Why?s the forum so slow????

I don't think it's me, but CG's is really slow and sometimes I get an Error Message "This address took too long to respond."

The rest of my Internetting seems to be normal, and this issue seems to be limited to CG.

The server transfer began in Jan 2023. Is the server transfer still in transition ?

The speed of forum is equivelent to Dial-Up Or A Dns Server being DDOS’D !

I log in, then it tells me to log in again. I go to a different page, I'm logged in. I navigate to another page and I'm logged out again.}

PLUS it's painfully slow to get around. I thought it was my browser but it's the same regardless of the browser I use (and I didn't say "irregardless")

The entire site has become borderline unusable. Forums and threads take upwards of minutes to load, and browser timeouts have caused a few of my typed posts to get lost.

Either someone is DDOSing the server, or some serious technical issue is occurring.

i feel like there's so many people on here that we're practically ddosing the server ourselves.

my home network is 1Gbps and im connected by ethernet cord and this is the only website that lags so hard for me.

Calguns had been running smoothly for the past two days, but now the performance has absolutely tanked again. These issues really do not seem to be generated by user load, because for example, right now, the time is 1 AM, yet the website is loading an order of magnitude more slowly than the situation 6 hours ago, when the number of profiles online was significantly higher.

Super slow today. Also takes 3 - 4 times to log in as initial attempts get bounced out.

Site performance has been extremely inconsistent today. Sometimes, forums load in 2 seconds. Minutes later, the same pages time out and fail altogether.
