I know mine is. That's why I paired it with my Hi-Point (and a McDonalds cup).

Which ones? Can’t say they are fake and not point them out.

The first one is just 1 page back. There is a sub wrapped around a Glock 34 and a knife under it. To start, the magnification on the cyclops isn’t even 1.25 among other things I see on the dial.
If it’s real then someone is using some really bad aftermarket parts and at best it’s a frankenwatch.

Scroll through the pages, you will see the fakes; they stand out.

Ya... pretty much any time I see a Daytona I'm thinking

Then when the same person is in another thread talking about building something on a budget, his ghetto neighborhood, or where to get his Camry fixed.....

My wife bought me an Invicta Daytona-like watch.
It's nice... as nice as any Invicta. Keeps great time... but I drive a Corolla and work for a city. NOBODY is going to believe it's a Daytona, and even though it says "Invicta", anyone that sees it isn't going to see "Invicta"... they're going to think "poser Rolex"

So I was polite and wore it a few times, then replaced it with my Bulova Apollo 15 moon watch.

Thanks, it makes me seriously laugh that such a huge thing was over looked. But it's now legendary and that's how history is made.

Some marketing photog stager loaded the mags I am sure... but countless H&K office staff must have reviewed it. Hard to imagine something like that making it print unless it was on purpose.

We've been talking about it for some 10-15 years
How many other PRINT ads are we still talking about from that time frame?
"Where's the Beef" and other TV/Radio spots, sure.
Magazine ads?
HK and maybe Doc Johnson
