Magazine rebuild kits and lowers

Palmetto State Armory cannot send complete lowers and rifles to California. These particular products have factory installed mil-spec magazine releases and are not compliant with California laws. City police officers, sheriff deputies, and state police officers can purchase these; however, they must provide a copy of their credentials and a letter signed by the police chief, sheriff, or commanding officer authorizing the purchase.
