I get about three or four emails a year with that same deal, I feel I give more by paying year to year.

I just paid $250 online for an endowment membership. Not sure if that is a good thing due to all of NRA's sleazy telemarketers. I became frustrated with them three years ago after purchasing a Life membership. They called over and over. I would not mind if it was a reasonable person speaking over the phone. No. It was high pressure sales telemarketer(s) from New York City pushing to get me to pay for...what exactly? I did not donate for the past three years due to those unsavory experiences. For goodness sakes, the NRA is shooting themself in the foot by using such sleazy telemarketers. For God's sake I want to give them money but don't insult me while I am handing you cash. What does that say about the organization? That is my problem.

Be glad they haven't resorted to contracting from a call center in India <yet>.

Fortunately, you can request them not to call you anymore. I did that when I signed up for a lifetime membership. It took a couple of "reminders" from me and they eventually stopped.

They have a deal for $350 going on til the end of the month - tomorrow. I just recently went to patron but also signed up to go to benefactor. Lots of good things happening on the national gun front that may effect us here in a good way. They need the $$$ sign up or upgrade if you can.

as my junk mail increased mega fold within months of buying into the life deal.

i guess the nra sells your info. ( to make money).

and dont get me started on there junk phone calls.
