Default NorCal Gun Vault in Rocklin is awesome for PPTs!
I called in advance cuz i was having issues with other stores. They service customers on 1st come 1st serve basis (PPTs are not served last). They do not discriminate against off roster PPTs like some stores. They do limit 2 guns per PPT and stop PPTs an hour before closing. But other than that, I went today and was waited on as soon as I walked into the store. Total transaction time was an hour. The service was great.

He also knows inter family transfers from out of state relatives for those off roster guns.

My #2 Son loves his father and so we have interfamilial transfers.

Since my son was a Marine SDM who served in Sangin I gifted him a Danish M1 Garand (muzzle=0 and throat =0)

The Danish Garand I bought was a far cry from my Greek Garand which was ME=2 and TE=2. So I have a theory that the Danish rebuilt their M1's prior to Cosmoline while the Greeks shot the hell out of them and dumped them into Cosmoline.

great to know. ppt options are thin in sac area for sure. good on them for taking care of their customers. i'd leave them a little tip!
