Your list is non existent. Most FFLs don’t want to be on a list for any reason.

The vast majority of folks here criticizing FFLs have no clue what it is like actually running one in CA.

Hell, they probably don't even have experience running a small business of any kind; make no mistake, it is like being behind enemy lines, entirely unarmed. Your entire day is often organized around avoiding any contact whatsoever with State officials.

There are FFLs that do it right. I quote from the DOJ letter " The Department is required to make it's determination within thirty calendrer days. If the Department is unable to make a determination in this time, the dealer will be notified AND MAY DELIVER THE FIREARM(s) TO YOU at his/her discretion."
PS. Former FFL, Twenty year owner of my own company, college grad ( back when it meant something ) and at least average reading comprehension. The biggest offenders are Sportsmens Warehouse, Turners, Bass Pro Shops. Go to a smaller local shop that respcts your rights.

If only such a thing existed in LA.

They generally do not. Doesn't get much more behind enemy lines. It isn't possible to be a FFL in the city of LA w/o having corporate (and/or LEO) backing.

Most of us live in Calif. not Los Angeles. There may not be any in LA. although it is a pretty large area when you include all the cities around it. In my area there are several. Kind of begs the question why anyone would live there?

Seriously? Is this the new "Why would anyone live in CA"? Stupid.

That comes off as a deflectory obsfucation, and has nothing to do with consumers outing, and shunning businesses that arbitrarily break the law. And show disdain for customers rights. In the vain hope that they can appease bureaucrats at DOJ, who will then look upon them with favor.

Very small list. You know I release on undetermined but I still don’t want to be on a list. Very few do.

If they’re breaking the law, then why doesn’t anyone sue them or why doesn’t CRPA go after them?

Feel free to send me a DM if you want to be removed/never added; I'm happy to respect your wishes.
