Why worry if you haven't done anything wrong?

Probably not California law, but policy of the issuing agency.

Start with Page 5 of the application: https://www.sdsheriff.net/licensing/ccw_app.pdf

The issuing agency can add more.

If you think the guy is a threat why didn't you proceed with the RO?
Did you tell the Court he supposedly has a CCW?
Did you ever mention gun ownership?
Why are you just now asking about getting his CCW revoked?

Something smells fishy to me.

"Loose" means not firmly attached.
"Lose" means gone. Not there anymore.

If your car's lug nuts are loose, you may eventually lose the wheel(s).

You cannot, ever, loose a license, but you can certainly lose it.
You may lose it if you commit a crime. So if you rape a 3-year-old, you certainly will lose it. You may also lose it if you violate I.A. policy. Exposure of your firearm is such a violation. I heard a story of a guy who wanted to help an old lady while shopping at Ralphs. He reached to the upper shelf to get something down for her, at which time she saw his gun exposed and screamed. The cops showed up and the rest his history. He lost his license to carry.
