Default How much would you pay for a private range day ?

I am about to finish my own private range on my property it has a Riffile side that goes out to 300yards and a pistol side the Riffile side well accommodate
4 shooting tables plus a prone platform the pistol side will accommodate up to 10 shooters standing
I will have restrooms and plenty of shade the reason I ask how much would you would be willing to pay is if I let other people use the range I have to get range insurance and a business license I have looked into all of this and its expensive so I want to see if it is even worth it I would rent the range out to one person at a time or small group or even a training instructor who wishes to teach a class the weather is not always great so I can't count on it being used all the time To pay for its self

Ask about insurance before taking another step. My business is sports. Rates escalated beyond my desire to expose myself to the liability NOT covered by what I could afford. YMMV.

I used to belong to a private range.
Annual membership was $60 with an $18 daily use fee, all day.
Most times I was the only person on the range.
Thought about slitting my wrists when the range lost its lease. It was pure heaven.

Really depends on the location.

Insurance is about 25k a year that's why I ask about how much per person I can charge just to cover my cost I figure if I rent the range just to one person or there own group I can charge more its like having your own range no annoying people who don't know what they are doing or loud muzzle brakes I plan on having restrooms and 3 walls covering The shooting area with plenty of parking location is in the highdesrt area paved road and also a 3gun area more details as I get closer to finishing thank you all for your feedback

Burro Canyon charges $120.00 for their private ranges which covers 1-4 people. Each additional person is $30.00. I would be willing to pay something similar for the 300yd range. You are further from me but the longer range and hopefully longer hours (hint) would make up for the longer drive.
