When does FFL find out 'released'?
Greetings, FFLs! I appreciate you navigating the legal minefields of the DPRK.
Question: when does the FFL find out the date/time that a firearm will be released if there's a delay? For example, if the DROS paperwork reads pickup as 10/13/2020 at 3:35pm, and CADOJ can't finish their work within the 10 day window, do they tell you before 10/13/2020 at 3:35pm? I admit I'm ignorant about the inner workings of the process, and didn't see a similar post in my search. If this has been asked and answered, my apologies. |

We don't find out in advance. We find out when we manually check. There's no notification, no email, no call. It's literally just us every morning at night checking every dros to make sure that people are up or not. We know in the 30 day markets so if you get officially delayed we know that about then you should be up or denied
