Default Beware of Smart Carry!!

I placed an order with Smart Carry for one of there holsters on July 5. I received an email confirmation of the order within 1 hour of placing the order showing a charge of $60. I have had one of there holster for several years and been very satisfied with it. I wear Bib overalls regularly and this type of carry is great for bibs! Its worn out and time for a replacement. I waited until July 7 and then sent them an email with my info requesting an update and tracking info on the order. No reply. I sent another email on July 12 requesting an update. No reply. I called them on July 15 and left a message with my contact info for an update. No reply. I called again on July 19 and left another message. No reply. I sent another email today. I hope they don't try to blame there lack of customer service on C19. That would just be as lame as all the other companies blaming piss poor customer service on C19. So far, I'm not impressed.

Update:
About 1 hour after I posted this, I got an email from Smart Carry apologizing for there mistake. They said that they were having trouble getting there elastic delivered but that it had just arrived. They assured me that the order would be filled and shipped later today. They also said that they looked back through there emails and had not received any from me. They said there phone is in a different building and that they "never" get calls from customers, only emails. I guess I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now. I'll wait and see when the holster arrives.

I've purchased from them several times in the past and had good experiences.

I got the impression they're a small outfit. Sometimes things happen with smaller businesses that take them offline unexpectedly. That's the risk of supporting a small business I suppose. I still like to support them when the price is fair and the product is good, especially in the firearms industry.

Glad they got in touch with you.

I agree. I like there product. I would have been ok with it if it had taken months. All I ask is a little communication.
