This is in San Benito county. I said "He is all of 250!", the guy who owns the ranch said "He looks 300". So I decided to say he weighs about 280. He was taken with a Mossberg Five hundred with a slug, about 30 yards. I am the guy in the bottom pic, brown hair.

You could have had a fierce picture of you "riding the swine" A small bridle, couple reins and you could have been the swine king riding your boar into battle.

Here is the one I missed with my .50 Beowulf

He was taken out above me when he ran.

Can anyone recommend a good recticle scope for the 50? Red dot wasn't prime for the hunt.

Big bass...Lake Chabot.

The lure was almost bigger than this guy. I think we dragged him behind the boat for 20 minutes before we noticed he was on.....

Is that a .450 Bushy round in the foreground? (may have misnamed the round 'cause I'm too lazy to look it up).

^^^You are one of the few. I know deer can get real big here but my biggest frustration is you I see the #'s of deer (including does) like Oregon or Idaho where I've hunted.

Here's one with a story. The pintail came down the dyke and I missed 3x at like 25 yards. Dad dumped it with one shot. Then a pair of mallards came in from the back and crisscrossed right before trying to land in the slot. The hen ended up on my side while the drake on his. That hen wasn't banded.

Drake is double banded with $100 band.

My dad just tosses his bands into a drawer at home so I would have actually put them on a lanyard had I not been unlucky.
