Chiappa 92 levergun

I have a beautiful looking model 92 Trapper in .357/38 made by Chiappa Firearms. The problem is it is totally unreliable. It constantly double feeds/jams. Even operating the lever with force and quickly.
I have returned it to Chiappa (on my dime), and they sent it back saying nothing is wrong with it.

My question is, does anyone know of a gunsmith that will work on Chiappa leverguns? I have heard of Steves Gunz, but he doesn't list the Chiappa on his website, and he has a long turnaround.
