Yes it was Cliff! He really knows his stuff and totally nice guy. I might order a few more lowers and get them engraved real quick to beat that July 1st deadline lol. My girlfriend thinks I am crazy.

Finished mine this morning. Build was held up waiting for a couple Glock-specific tools I didn't already own. Yes I probably could have used a bic pen to insert the striker channel sleeve, but I like to use the right tool for the job.

Walked it out to the range on the back 40 and fired 2 mags without a hiccup. Thanks again OP. Might buy some more of these in different colors. I love building guns that are off the record. No S/N, no 4473 or background check etc.

I just wanted to put in a word about P&L machine shop in El Monte. Awesome service. Made an appt for engraving and he got me out in 10 min. Price was much cheaper than everywhere else I have seen as well. If you need your poly80 engraved in so cal that’s the place to go.

Hey great info. Can you say how much he charged and was it just a serial # or more on the plate. Last ? Was the lower complete or still 80%? Can they do completed?

Thanks in advance.

My name
City & state: city where i live, CA
S/N : Whatever You Like.

Mine was not yet complete but I don’t think it mattered because he was surprised I had not yet started it. He engraved the name, city/state, serial number. Just like atomic engraving does. Best of all… Half price of other places

From what I understood when reading the regs. for a serial number on the 80's. A stamp will suffice as long as its deep enough per regs. Why not just by stamp kit and do it yourself? They are pretty cheap?

I sent mine in to Atomic. Does P and L only do walk ins? In-depth and font size requirement per ATF Regs.

“the serial number must be to a minimum depth of .003 inch and in a print size no smaller than 1/16 inch; and”

Can you guys start a new thread for this? Let’s keep this one relevant to the group buy and hopefully future g19 sale.
