Default WTS/WTT Diamond Eternity Ring

I have this ring and it is too late to return for full price from the retailer.

I wonder if anyone knows where I can get the best offer (cash or trade for something like a Glock 43x or LCP2)

18K White Gold Ladies 0.28CTW.* Angled Common Prong Diamond Eternity Ring [SIZE:5.5]

Paid $760.00 but if I remember correctly is appraised to double that amount.

I am considering the Glock 43 and maybe some 9mm 5.56 ammo fmj (new, not something left 3 generations ago)

Frankly, you'll be lucky to get 1/2 that for it; probably even less from a pawn shop or jeweler.

The "appraisal" value is useless except for insurance purposes. If it is "really" worth twice the price you paid for it, why would they sell it to you for 1/2 of what it is really worth? It's only worth what you paid for it and that includes the dealer's markup which is usually 100%, which is why you'd be lucky to get 50% of what you paid.

You could try listing it on eBay. Wouldn't risk Craigslist. Otherwise, not many other places you can try to sell it other than at a flea market w/vendors dealing in jewelry or at a gun show, if you want to try to trade it towards a gun.

Good luck!
