Default Turners open house at route 66

They are hosting the event next week
10 bucks for admission and 5 for parking.
I don't know how they are going to handle ammo? Does anyone have any ideas how much money to take for ammo. Apparently manufacturers are going to be showing off their latest guns. I'm interested if ammo is cheaper than market place. Not about to pay .50 CPR 9mm......

this is the annual event that turners holds. it use to be held at raahauges.

it is more of a "gun fair/expo" where manufacturers bring out guns for the public to shoot and buy from turners right there (you start dros and then pickup at the closest turners you choose 10 days later).

you pay entry, and then you have to pay a small fee at each manufacturer booth to get a chance to shoot their guns (ammo is given)

These are great for new shooters or if there is a gun you can't look at or rent to try it somewhere else.

Thanks for the overview…

I guess no point in going then. Most of the firearms I would like to shoot won’t be available in California, anyway.

Couple reasons to maybe go:
Turner's Retail Booth with exclusive event discounts
Raffle Prizes
Also grab some free swag from all the booths =).

Those that are going, may your ammo funds be big. The last time I went to one of these fair it was $5 for 10 rounds of 9mm, $5 for 8 rounds of .45acp, and $10 for 4 rounds of the .500sw. So I think it will be more this year.

Have fun, way too far for me.
