the name of the store was california police equipment, not el cajon police gear that was located on el cajon blvd. it was formerly owned by an sdpd officer before the last owners.

Anyone mention / remember EEE off of Fairmount Ave. Thats who sent my PPK/S to ROBAR for their NP3 finish. They sold guns there, I never bought one.

I think CPD had an auction when they closed. Pretty sure it was them...I bought a ton of holsters, iron sights, all sorts of stuff back then.

Not a gun store, but there was an open to the public shotgun range off Kearny Villa road south of Miramar NAS

No, it was closed when the Marines took over the base. Marines didn't want it there.

I think it was even a few years after that, like after 9/11. they didn't want people shooting anything in the direction of the base.
