That’s pretty! Yugo M92?
The underfolder is not very comfortable for me, but sure looks the part. The 20-rounder mag also looks right.

The only Form 1 I submitted as part of the Armbrace amnesty came back today. It took 28 days for the approval to come back on my Ruger 10/22 receiver. I really didn?t need another SBR but I figured why not. Anyways, I noticed that they did not apply an electronic stamp like they do for normal form 1s.
Question, does an armbrace F1 differ from a normal F1 and can I know install a short barrel and stock or am I stuck with a brace? Normally when I get an approval I am super excited but this time around it’s not a big deal. |

You can install a normal stock, or keep the brace. They’re now the same in ATF’s eyes. The permission is good for anything except for installing an auto sear. Unless you have a stamp for the sear ![]() I agree there will be some guns I wouldn?t be too excited to convert to SBR too. Typically these are guns I’ve lost interest in, but wouldn’t sell it to some unsuspecting schmuck, like the Sig 556XiR (that never ran well despite going back to SigSauer twice)

I would hold onto the brace even if you put a stock on it. Doesn't the approval say "provisional"? If these lawsuits prevail the court can invalidate the whole AFT scheme and turn back the clock to 2022 wrt braces.

Quoting myself as possibly giving terrible advice, as AFT has changed their mind 4 times in the past month, first saying they will put you in prison if you have a detached but not destroyed brace, then not, then the AFT director testifying to Congress that you won't, then putting the threat back on their website.

![]() And here’s the last page: ![]() So, first, no green stamp as I didn’t pay them $200. Tax-Exempt. Two, it’s applied under a trust. Three, it took about a month from submission to approval. Four, it is not an Sig 556XiR as it was often advertised or sold, but an Sig 556Xi. And, most discussion worthy, what does “pursuant to ATF Final Rule 2021R-8F” mean? If the Rule is declared unenforceable or unconstitutional by the courts, does that mean the granted approval to make SBR is rescinded? Now that the braced pistol has a bonafide stock, does the owner get an amnesty for having done that? So, an amnesty for having exercised an amnesty?

Mock vs. Garland injunction only covers the plaintiffs. Everyone else is still supposed to comply, but if you have replaced your brace with a stock after you received ATF’s written permission, there has to be some sort of grandfathering that protects you.

There is word back on the 5th Circuit injunction.
It sounds like it applies to the "plaintiffs", which mgng takes to mean members of the FPC. But if you're not a member, and you get prosecuted, I can't imagine it would get very far because of "equal treatment under the law". But what do I know, I haven't watched Perry Mason since the '80's. |

Have not shot it yet. Might be HD useful, if reliable. NOT hearing safe with the short Salvo, but better than nothing!
Will shoot it next week to test. ![]() Going to try it in a multi-gun match next month without the 8" Salvo. ![]() . . .

That's kind of an odd duck. It's a yugo M-92 kit built on a milled receiver.... So not a true "M-92". The rifle in the pic has a milled receiver. The M-92 used the slimmer AKM trunnion and has a sheet metal receiver.

My time estimate is based off the approval thread from r/nfa on reddit. It seems the average is about 9-10 months e-filing as a trust. I'm also waiting on a Turbo T3 and a brace form 1. Maybe the AFT will bless me with a batch approval ![]() Sent from my SM-S918U using Tapatalk |

All 3 were paper, all were right around 13 months and were on track with the Ar15.com form 4 tracking thread based on submission dates everyone was posting. Buy em. Forget about em. Get a surprise phone call one day. The longer you wait, the longer you'll wait is the best advise I've ever gotten. Good luck brother hope it comes in soon. You'll love it.

One way to make the wait seem shorter is to keep buying something every six months. It's also an expensive way. My Turbo took so long that the Turbo 2 was on the market before I got mine.

Yes, Silencer Shop’s eForm 4.
Resilient RS9. Been wanting to run the DA Wolverine on the KP9, but didn’t have the guts to do it ![]() ![]() Chin up, SS is reporting eForm 4 approval times in the 6-9 months time frame. Like sigstroker said, buy another can. It’s like planting fruit trees, but faster.

Did you get the Resilient yet? I almost pulled the trigger on one because the reviews were so glowing. I even found one a couple hundred miles away. But I already had a YHM R9 for PCC's and a .45 pistol can. I don't really have a need for a pistol can unless I've just watched The Accountant.

Finally had these two double stampers side by side
![]() The SPC9-SD PDW is my first factory SBR. Both the rifle and can were approved within 2 days of each other. The controls are very AR-like, except for the forward charging handle. The rear CH is a standard AR item, it comes with a BCM CH. The HK 416 sights are the correct height for the stock. The front sight interferes with the forward CH unless I grind the mount, which is why it is mounted so far back. The MP5SD is from Revolutionary Rollerlocks. The company is out of business, but the owner takes good care of me when I had issues fitting the TPM can over the barrel. He must have massaged the trigger because it is very crisp compared to my other MP5’s. The new Timney I bought will now be allocated to the MP5K. I over paid for the A3 stock as there had been none available for a year or so, now they’re $150 cheaper duhh. I’m surprised how much lighter the B&T is compared to the MP5. I’ll try shooting them tomorrow unless the range is very crowded. No point shooting suppressed when others aren’t staying quiet. I still expect the MP5 to be the low recoil champion, but people said the new hydraulics in the SPC9 is awesome. We’ll see.

Is that a B&T can? I'm interested in how they sound, because the price on them is pretty low. That one looks kinda stubby though.
You're talking about an outdoor range, right? You'll get to find out if the ported barrel works. On my friend's SD conversion there was quite a bit of port pop, which you can't hear 10 feet away. It was almost more fun to watch someone else shoot it that shooting it yourself. Except that it went rat-a-tat tat. |

The can is, AFAIK, SPC9SD specific. The threads on the smaller portion that goes underneath the hand guard is externally threaded and it isn’t the standard MP5SD 18x1mm internal threads. The part past the hand guard is a bit chunky and is about the same size of the HG itself. I don’t normally buy cans that only fits one gun, but this one comes as a set with the rifle.
Yes, I only shoot outdoors. Last time I shot indoors was in some tactical scenario in a shoot house, but at least the volume of shooting was low. I didn’t get to shoot today ![]() Happy 4th. We celebrate our freedom today, Expats!

![]() ![]() That's better ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Ruger 10/22 SBR with 4.5" Beyer barrel, Kid 2-stage trigger, Rugged Oculus suppressor and old folding stock. With the exception of the barrel that I purchased new, all the other parts were sitting in my parts bin or cannibalized from old rifles I don't shoot any more. The stock was actually purchased in the late 70's or early 80's from the Navy Exchange at USMC El Toro in my pre-teen years. Last edited by Mac Attack; 07-21-2023 at 3:09 PM.. |

I haven?t tried it without a can and probably never will. You know as well as me that once you a hoot suppressed, shooting without one is so uncivilized 😉.
The stock It The stock took a lot of effort to get it to work as it was made for a standard barrel. Thank goodness for my dremel! I had to adjust it even more to fit all of my suppressors with my Oculus being the widest. |

I got to pick up my Silencerco Omega 9 K yesterday. I sent in the e-form 4 on Jan 10th and it came back yesterday, so just a few days shy of seven months. This unit comes with a tri-lug adaptor and thought it would go good with my HK clone very nicely. I sure am surprised how quick and easy it mounts and dismounts from the gun. Just push down, twist, and it's locked in place. I now need to get something better than straight thread-on for my rifle suppressor.
