Went to the Fresno Turner's yesterday afternoon and no wait to get in or browse.
The young lady at the counter was very pleasant and helpful.

I got there right around opening on Saturday and waited about an hour to get inside.

Well said, and in my opinion, although this may not be a popular statement, covi has quelled this problem slightly...for me at least. I have noticed that folks are less likely to make an appointment just to window shop, so I’ve enjoyed the reasonably great service I’ve received from Turner’s the last few months...it’s been very nice at the counters!

ETA someone else just told me they are tagged $39.99 now.
Still $10 more than everyone else.
You gotta understand something about Highland Gun- They are a PAWN SHOP, as well as a gun store. Prices are almost always higher at a pawnbroker. And given the nature of a panic buying environment and/or a high demand item, a pawnbroker is always going to jack up their price.

I never walk in there with intention of buying a specific item. I look around, see what they have in stock, and then make an offer based on what I might be willing to pay for an item. The worst they’ve ever told me is, “no”. I’ve also scored some killer deals on reloading and gun related equipment at Highland Gun.

The guys working in there are generally constantly busy both writing up gun related paperwork, and buying and/or selling items online, as well as dealing with new customer walk-ins. If you introduce yourself to them and ask questions, they are generally very helpful and willing to spend a few minutes talking to you about everything and anything gun related.

Turner's in San Bernardino is still pretty busy, line is usually 5 people deep at around noon.

Highland guns never has anything in stock, but the customer service is very nice when you have questions.

They also sell other people's guns for them. Saw a mossberg 590 being sold for 1300$ the other day.....

Before, they were selling a m&p shield for 900...

Preach it brotha! I will never again buy a firearm or anything else at Turner's. They have let the customer down too many times.
