I'll take a pre-lock S&W revolver over the new ones any day.

This is a no brainer to S&W owners.

I saw a lock-snub .357 Magnum that I just missed buying a couple of weeks ago. You can plug the hole and rework it for $10. The old ones are expensive.

Here are four more P&R N-frames:

I forgot to post up my S&W 1917 in my last post, so here it is with my Shield 9mm. Got the 1917 with ugly rubber grips and swapped it out for these thin S&W grips.

Here you can see the grips on the 1917 are actually just a bit thinner than the stock grips on my 19-3.

Speaking of K frames here are mine again with better pictures.
A model 66 no dash and a model 19-3.

Here are two of my four screw K-frame Model 19's (original factory diamond Target stocks):

The red ramp is a Model 19-1. The other one is a Model 19.

Picked this M60 up a couple weeks ago... I strongly suspect it hasn't been fired since it left the factory.

I like the m&p shield 9. For a ccw and range gun would it be a good first gun? I'm a fan of s&w and like the size, not a fan of flocks even though people recommend it for a first gun. I feel like the m&p is worth the price point. I should probably shoot it first.

that's a great pick-up and every fan of the S&W revolver needs to have a Model 60 like yours. as much as i appreciate a blued Model 36, the Model 60 is also a great one. i got a great deal on my Model 60 no dash in like-new condition several years ago at the lgs.

Here's a 5 screw M&P, long trigger with a "speed hammer" from about 1950 or so.

S&W Chief's Special (model 36) w/CT Lasergrips.
S&W 4006 TSW w/Laser Devices Dual Switch Laser

I love these chunks of steel.
They shoot straight and feel great to the touch, especially the 4006 TSW - "melted" (no sharp edges).

The S&W 3-rd gen. pistols are beautiful, functional, and crazy reliable - as long as the slide and rail is lightly lubricated, and the ramp is relatively clean. Love my 4006TSW (pic posted somewhere before yours) - there's enough heft to comfortably shoot it all day long!
Good video - nice guns!
