Default LAX Ammo reloads. Not worth risking damage to your hands/face/firearm

So this happened yesterday while shooting LAX Ammo .38 special reloads. The only reason I caught it was because the round before it failed to fire. Cycled it out and took a look inside found this one up next. Good thing I caught it. Probably would’ve been fine since it’s built to handle .357. But it this happened with .357 reloads, it could’ve been pretty bad.

Only new and big manufacturers from now on for me

Good catch, I have been using LAX Reman for a little over a year with no issues. I have probably ran about 3k rounds of 9mm with only 1 FTF in that time.

Wow, I guess I have the best luck then. FTF and a bad crimp laterally back to back within my first 50 rounds

I assume they don't crimp .38 since most people shoot it out of revolvers and you will not have any pressure to push the projectile back like in a tube magazine.

If that’s the case, that would be a pretty stupid assumption, not to mention a very dangerous one too.
