Plastic MP5 mags, they don’t work without modifying with a dremel. Now the metal ones work just fine so far

There was this one order I placed on company stock options in 2000 that I did as a 'sell to cover' when I should have done it as a 'same day sale'. Got greedy thinking past history would repeat and I'd have a lot of future gain to only pay 15% tax on, instead of just taking my money and doing whatever with it.

That was large financial mistake.

Mini14.

So glad I sold it and switched to featureless AR before million mag March. Much easier to find reliable pMags at economical price.

Felt sorry for folks scrambling to find 30 round mini14 mags at inflated prices.

All I ever see is 20's as far as the factory Ruger ones... I like those, but Tapco 30's are around.

AR's are like a buffet... tons of GI style, tons of drums, tons of Pmags from 5-40 rounds. Tons of new brands similar to Pmags. Everything is cheap except drums.

If this thread is supposed to be about regret for specific mag purchases... I regret nothing... could have bought more. Maybe bought too many USP .45 mags. Nah. Not cheap though.

10/30?
from my understanding its the enormous amount of pressure from 30 rounds being inside the magazine. 10 rounds will not have the same amount of pressure towards the feed lips of the mag as 30 .some are saying to only keep 28 .

Magpul uses same length spring on both 10/30 and full 30.

Two 10 round magazines last week, ordered by mistake instead of 17 rounds.

correct me if im wrong but even if the springs are the same.
putting 30 rounds would create more pressure than putting 10.

hence why the 10 rounds probably dont create enough pressure over time to crack the magazine.

If we're talking about mags....Nope. Got in early enough that the prices had not gone up yet.

My regretful purchase? 1976 Ford Pinto

Standard picture not actually mine, but it looked a lot like that

Loved my 76 runabout. I could even make it backfire on demand. Too much fun! Wish I still had it.

Extorted astronomical "Health Insurance" premiums after 2009 enforced by a weaponized IRS.

Just think how many firearms, crates of ammo and standard capacity mags that would have bought.
