Well it's pretty freaking obvious that some companies aren't comfortable shipping after the cutoff time (they are worried about legality). Some companies think it is legal while others are opting not to ship after the deadline to order. This is called a "gray area". Not so cut and dry, as you make it sound.

It would be nice to let these guys fly under the radar instead of blasting their decision (on shaky legal ground) all over the internet, where it is well known that the CADOJ visits frequently to mine for information like this.

Even if it is thought to be legal, a well written note by the state sent to these guys, by representitives for the state, may just be a big enough threat to shut the spigot off.

Get a clue!

Lol, flying under the radar?

Any company that took orders up to 5:00pm on Friday April 5th felt strongly that shipping those orders after the purchase deadline would be covered within the judges stay. Only a few have decided otherwise.

I do not look at this as a "gray" area. I feel strongly that the judges stay allows these legal transactions to be completed.

No need to hide the list of these retailers. They've done nothing wrong.

We gun owners jump through hoops in an attempt to stay within the law. Laws that are continually changing.

Don't forget, a federal judge ruled this law unconstitutional. The mags purchased during freedom week where a result of that ruling. It's not like we found some loophole in the law and tried to exploit it.

BDU will also ship out so long as orders were place before 5pm, 4/5/2019.

Sidenote, I feel like those who made the most money were here in California. I was at Turner's on the 5th, and saw a man purchase 15 scm for an AR. Cost him over 300.

This isn't about the way "you" look at it. You aren't the one that is going to decide whether all these mags are going to ship to all these buyers. I couldn't care less how you look at it.
