They won't. This was their response when I asked if they're shipping to California:

Quote:
Thank you for contacting BudsGunShop.com,

As of right now we are currently still abiding by the old California Magazine capacity state law. This state law update is currently pending within our business and will not be updated until sometime next month. We recommend checking in sometime within the next few weeks to ask if this law has been updated within our business. As of right now, we are still abiding by the old state laws.

Kindest Regards,

I agree. Buds was where i dropped my largest load. However, I still got enough of the good stuff from other places. https://www.charliecoopers.com/ has a lot of the stuff that buds had but other places were out of stock on. Might want to check there if you have more $$ to burn

I wouldn't bother going to Gunfighter Tactical tomorrow, other posts indicated 50+ patriots at opening of GFT today and no mags left. They are getting a shipment in on Wednesday of thousands of mags tho.

Default List: Places Selling Standard Capacity Magazines to California (Updated 2019-03-30)

I called Turners in Norwalk and they said they were waiting on word from corporate.

Palmetto is good to go? Someone mentioned a separate law with an import ban?

Try calling again, things may have changed. On the google doc it says multiple locations are participating.

Sorry guys. Please add us to the “NO” list. We have been getting lots of calls and emails about this.

The following PC was unaffected by the decision:

Quote:
Penal Code 18010
(a) The Attorney General, district attorney, or city attorney may bring an action to enjoin the manufacture of, importation of, keeping for sale of, offering or exposing for sale, giving, lending, or possession of, any item that constitutes a nuisance under any of the following provisions:
(20) Section 32390, relating to a large-capacity magazine.
San Francisco sued multiple vendors in 2017:

Vendors that you are buying from now are leaving themselves open to civil suit from multiple entities.

FUD

Being open to civil suit is always the case. I can understand waiting until one's counsel has had time to get to the office and review the ruling, erring on the side of caution. But this was a definitive statement.
