We need a list of vendors so we can clear them out. Remember popular use is important, I think we can prove that in a week or less

This is very promising. Generally speaking courts are less likely to grant injunctive powers to continue enforcing a law that has been declared unconstitutional than the opposite. That's tradition, but hey it's the 9th Circut so you know it might be a dire emergency to protect poor criminals that might have to face more than 11 rounds at a time

CA will certainly appeal, but I don't find it entirely likely that an emergency injunction will be granted during the process.

Please let us know if you can order regular mags online from any vendor. PSA seems to still be restricted.

Yeah and it does that even if I put PMAGs in my cart and not D&H mags. Must be an AR-15 mag specific restriction.

No, said they would post on it.

PSA Glock 33 round mags worked, free shipping on 3 or more. AR mags would not.

Yes manufacturing is now legal. Unblock blocked mags. Assemble build kits.

But remember, the AW definition still bans inserting a large capacity magazine into a non-registered fixed mag build!

Also its possible that manufacturing or buying them now, before any kind of injunction, and assuming we lose ban, but win on the merit of the Takings Clause.. we could see a new grandfather period.

"If you purchased, manufactured or otherwise acquired magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds between March 29, 2019 and April 1, 2019....."

Placed an order with PSA for Glock magazines. Hopefully we can get a list of confirmed sellers in time to get shipments out by Tuesday.

I do not know the exact words that classify an AR as an AW, but lets say I went with a 20rd mag? Same story? Assuming it would mean anything >10rnds

Thanks for clarifying for a dumdyboi

An fixed mag AR still cannot use a 30 round mag. A featureless AR mag can use a 30 round mag.
