Default Bravo Company canceled my hi-cap mag order. Anyone else?

On Friday before 5pm, I spent 2 hrs online finding the best hi-cap mags for the best price, including shipping. I made the (bad) decision to buy from Bravo Company.

I woke up this morning to this b.s. email from the Bravehearts at Bravo Company:

Hello,

We are extremely pleased to hear of this great new development in California regarding what we feel is an unconstitutional firearm magazine capacity bans and we agree with the ruling of Judge Benitez. We have our attorneys reviewing the legal developments in this case as the coming appeal in the Ninth Circuit is still evolving. We cannot yet offer standard capacity magazines for sale to California residents until we get the go ahead from our retained council who are continuously monitoring the situation.

Sorry, we cannot ship mags to your state, so we have cancelled your order and credited your credit card.

Please allow 4-5 days for it to post, depending on your bank cards policy.

Nevermind that they can't even spell counsel right. Shame on me, for trying to save a couple bucks on shipping. Should have gone with a retailer that stated outright that they will honor sales made before 5pm Friday.

Wrong forum... Librarian asked we keep all mag-ordering posts in the sub-forum.

But, Bravo Company was never listed as someone who was selling. They were always "on the fence". Hope you were able to get some orders in with some other companies though.

I seem to be okay for the moment. Sorry about Bravo.

They said they marked their web page with warnings that they couldn't sell to Cal buyers. Not sure that's true, because I was alert to that issue.

Just a bummer.

Thanks. I posted there. But I don't see a way to delete this thread. Is there such a way?

There was a list of vendors that would sell in this forum that was updated daily. Bravo was on the no list.

My understanding was Bravo would not sale even parts to California, before the great Magpoloza. And yes, they were never on the good to go list last week.

Magazine parts, or other items? I've ordered plenty of stock from them. Never magazines, but other CA-legal items.

Then perhaps they changed policy or the CS rep did not understand my question.
