Anyone else as excited as I am about this one?

Apparently not, lol.

Personally I've never been a huge fan of Spyderco but they make good stuff and I own a couple. I bought Paramilitary 2 a few years ago but I just couldn't get used to that ultra thin tip. Just seemed a little too fragile for me. I sold it and bought an Endura 4. I rotate the Endura through my work blades fairly often.

Just to update on this, apparently, unloved knife.

Shabazz says it is the Delica killer...

That's all I needed to validate my lusting.

I was actually wanting the standard para 3 with the g10 scales. I have a Manix 2 that I find a bit too big to pocket carry. Not sure if I may have the same issues with the para 3. Blade length is perfect.

Not really interested in the PM3 right now. I really like my Manix 2 LW S100V, and carry it daily. I have a brand new PM2 S30V (plus some crazy-sharp polishing) that I haven't carried yet because I like the Manix 2 so much. Regardless, I like the size of these knives, and worry that the PM3 might be a bit too small.

Is there anyone here who has carried/used the PM3 for a while?

Looks like it is a wee bit bigger than the Delica, which, while small in size, is actually all the knife I need for EDC, if I am being realistic.

In truth, the standard I usually carry is stuff with a 3.5-4" blade(NO grip, PM2, ZT0562, Endura, etc) , mostly because it makes me feel like I have a suitable sized defensive tool should it be necessary. (Which will probably never happen).

The Para 3 lw seems to be a perfect EDC. To me anyways.
