Ummm......no. Companies that stated they would not sell to us haven't been holding hundreds if not thousands of customers money hostage for close to two weeks because of false claims that they'd ship all orders.

I did not have an order cancelled and I am not crying. I am stating how I feel about them. It has nothing to do with me feeling more important than others.

My apologies for the insult. I shouldn't have gone there.

At least these sellers did not ruin any of their customers chances of legally purchasing LCM's. No false hope offered. They said no sales and sat out Freedom week.

With that said, they also do not deserve our support and most importantly, our money.

Those companies cancelled your order before you could place it.

At least others tried to get orders out in the short period they had to do it.

Nope they did not ruin anybody's chance, because they didn't give anybody a chance.

I wouldn't say any of these place do not deserve our money, none of them had anything to do with CA laws whether they tried to sell here or not, but the sellers that tried deserve it over the sellers who did not.

Oh, welcome back by the way.

You completely ignored my point. And I'm not a customer. I explained that pretty clearly since I did not trust them with my business.

I give no ****s as to why they made the decision they did. It's their idiotic statement that pisses me off.

Again, f them.

Typical. You got yours so who gives a **** about those that got screwed. Great mentality to have. You are a great fit for the great state of California.
Sorry if you feel I ignored your post. I wasn't specifically replying to it or anyone's situation or posts, but generally addressing what may possible have had been behind PSA's approach to the situation.

LOL, read your first sentence out loud.
PSA talked a good line but in the end it was BS. This is from their order page, note the dates and current status.

Order # Date Ship To Order Total Order Status
**********5 4/5/2019 ***** ****** $3**.** Processing View Order | Reorder

**********0 3/29/2019 ***** ****** $2**.** Processing View Order | Reorder
A week after the deadline passed we get an email from them stating their word is ****. I'll wager that the refunds will take just as long to show up.
Brownells, RTG, AU and others simply got it done, companies that would not accept orders or prevented you from placing them didn't tie up your funds or BS you.

Well it is true they cancelled you before you could order and since they didn't tie up your money, they should probably be at the top of your list for go to places in the future, at least PSA got some orders sent here and they are donating money to the legal battle here in CA according to sale banner at top of their page anyway.

I give a pass to all the California based dealers. I have heard about the extra harassment the gestapo(doj) heaps on them for even Cali legal sales.

Holy Toledo this topic went astray.

Yes I did get my refund on the 11th. After I had time to sit on what psa did, I have come to the conclusion that they cherry picked the orders that came in and only shipped the most profitable orders first. Will this make me re-think ordering from PSA? Absolutely, every order counts from $1 to $5000.00+. Don't make a statement you can't fulfill, plain and simple, I am grateful they offered us standard mags, but if they play it safe due to what their lawyer says I can't fault them. I'm more upset over the cherry picking orders then anything else.

One of the shops near me only accepted cash payments for mag purchases. I wonder if that was the reason

^^^ This

PSA’s website made waves and was quoted in the media. Instead of filling orders that were purchased before the deadline, they buckled. All TALK and No Go!

IMO, PSA didn’t want to be the test case for shipping after the deadline. Chicken sh** move.

Sucks for those of you that placed orders that were canceled.

On another note, I placed my orders with 3 different vendors. The 2 that stood out were Brownells and Grab a Gun. Brownells was willing to honored items that were on backorder. Grab a Gun sent me 3 separate packages for a single order lol. Instead of waiting to get everything into one box, they shipped it out ASAP. That could not have been cheap for them. Those 2 vendors just moved up on my list of future purchases!

Smok’in Barrel gun shop/range in Simi Valley took orders on the last day up to the deadline. Backorders were honored also. On the last day of Freedom Week, I was in the area and stop by. They had a very healthy line of people either picking up orders or placing new orders. I had already ordered everything I needed but got in line and bought more stuff lol. You can never have enough PMags or Glock mags. Between the staff and people in line, it was a great atmosphere. Super clean and modern indoor range, definitely plan to visit again.
