Default Civil Litigation Attorney - Michel & Associates, P.C.

Michel & Associates, P.C. is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience. Applicants must have excellent research and writing abilities, strong organizational habits, verbal communication skills, legal project management experience and experience with the rules of civil procedure. Law Review/Journal and/or Moot Court experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities will include:
Litigation in both trial and appellate courts;
Conduct all phases of civil discovery, including drafting written discovery, conducting meet and confers, reviewing documents;
Motion practice;
Discovery related motions;
Assist Senior Attorney with devising litigation strategies;
Trial preparation;
Draft amicus briefs and organize amicus campaigns.
