Default 2019 Primus Group v. Smith & Wesson et al dismissed with predjudice

Seem to have missed this one ...

NSSF Welcomes Federal Court’s Dismissal of Case Against Firearms Manufacturers

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The National Shooting Sports Foundation® (NSSF®) welcomes the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio Eastern Division’s dismissal with prejudice of the Primus Group v. Smith & Wesson, et. al. case. The decision was delivered Oct. 9, brushing aside the frivolous claims against several AR-15 firearms manufacturers, including Smith & Wesson, Remington Arms Company, Sig Sauer, Sturm, Ruger & Company, Colt’s Manufacturing and Armalite.
...
The court found the plaintiffs had no standing to bring the case against the defendants. This decision rightfully asserts that those who purposefully and criminally misuse firearms are the ones who are responsible for those crimes. It further affirms that activist lawsuits to prompt judicial action are not the proper avenue to establish policy.

Thank you republican party for passing legislation to protect gun sellers and manufactures from the dumbest lawsuits, ever recorded in human history ! Someone should get charged for filing this nonsense!

tenemae -- are you referring to the" wise Latina "?
"President Obama’s first nominee to the Supreme Court has been called much more than that – racist is the term being bandied about by some – but can’t we agree that, at the very least, she’s a white-male basher? And should we be surprised that Obama would select one for the high court?

Here’s the quote, which you’re probably reading for the umpteenth time, but it still deserves repeating:

“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experience would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.”

Reason #1000 why a democrat should never be considered for any political office .

No- Remington vs Soto et al. Essentially the same case structurally, and should have been decided identically.

I guess at least we have a split- not that I expect it to be overlooked by SCOTUS
