Default Ruger Mark III on the Turners website?
Just saw a Ruger Mark III at turners.com. Is it even CA legal?

Nope. On their website when you select handguns and than you select ruger go the the 2nd page. It even shows a Beretta 92fs inox vertec version which is CA legal and is on the roster under the Beretta section.

Yes, it is still legal for them to sell in CA to roster exempt people. Without seeing the add, I have to ask if it could be a consignment gun at one location?

Are you sure??? You weren't overly excited and accidentally saw a browning buckmark? Lol! Was on roster but fell off a few years ago. Only way is consignment or PPT.

It was on their website and got removed a day later after this post. I figured it was an off roster firearm.
