You can make it work.

Why not get a Glock 37 specific holster?

Crossbreed makes IWB and OWB holsters for the Glock 37.

I think the 37 is slightly thicker than the 9mm/40 versions in the same size, So getting a Glock 21 holster would be your best bet. If you compare them on handgun hero they are the closest in width size.

If you need a duty/tactical holster for it, Safariland also makes holsters for the Glock 37.

Before 2020, all the major holster makers made Glock 37/38/39 holsters due to all of the LE agencies that were using them.
^From 2007-2020, five State LE agencies and multiple local (County/City) LE agencies adopted .45GAP pistols as their standard issue sidearms.

By 2020, most of those LE agencies have transitioned away from the Glock 37/38/39 and most of the holster makers stop making holsters for the Glock 37/38/39, but a few (Crossbreed and Safariland, being the biggest companies) continue to make holsters for them.

Order a Milt Sparks Criterion. I'm sure they can make one.
