Flash hider pin/weld in San Diego

Anyone in San Diego able to do a pin/weld for me without having to leave my upper and drive back? Flash hider is a Surefire and already has the pilot hole. I know some shops will but given my schedule hoping to find a shop, or somebody with a TIG who can do it for me for some cash.
