Project Appleseed is a non-profit organization that teaches 3 position riflemarksmanship (prone, seated/kneeling and standing). We teach you how to build a proper position, use of a sling for better accuracy, natural point of aim and more. This is great for all experience levels from beginner to advanced.

We also tell the story of the beginning of the Revolutionary War, April 19, 1775. We need to remember what those brave people went through that day, and the days/years to follow. This information is being lost in our schools.

Come join us!! Learn new skills. Dust off the rusty skills.

Can we use the M&P 15/22 yet? S&W sent the gauges out and mine is in spec
or the GSG MP5 chambered in 22?

I'm sorry, but Project Appleseed has not lifted that restriction yet that I have seen.

I need to get back in there; I did instructor boot camp and everything, but then got busy with Elder care and then Mom's cancer and passing.

Just FYI, the October event in Sacramento is sold out, but this one is still open until Friday.

Thanks to all of the instructors (L & J and A & S) for yet another great event and all of the instruction. As always, I had a great time and can hardly wait for my next Appleseed.

It's funny to think back when I signed up for my first Appleseed event a few years ago. At the time I intended to go one Appleseed and hopefully learn something to improve my marksmanship. I had no idea that I was going to get hooked on these fun weekends or that I would be able to shoot at the level that you've helped me achieve.

See you in the Spring. Until then, I've got lots to practice.
