I just received this email, and IMO, the guy is one of very few people stand on principle.
I could be wrong and have not "studied" about the bundy's.

If he is convicted, he faces up to a $10,000 fine and losing ANOTHER YEAR of his life in jail; away from his own young family. Does this sound like the “justice system” you want in Idaho? Is this a wise use of your sacred tax-payer dollars; spent prosecuting innocent people, having nothing but goodwill for their neighbor?

Ultimately, due to the actions of Ammon and other good neighbors, the CPS case fell apart, Baby Cyrus was returned to the arms of his loving parents, and the charges against ALL OTHERS involved were dismissed. Except Ammon. Ammon’s charge of “trespassing” was NOT dropped, and he is now facing the loss of his freedom and (another) extreme hardship on his young family. Why?! Could this be another perfect example of political retaliation, since he ran against and actively worked to expose one of the most corrupt political tyrants in Idaho history: Governor Brad Little? Could it be because he, and others, recently made ground in bringing to light a deep and entrenched system of state-sponsored child-trafficking in Idaho? Could it be because the judge in this trial is one that has already shown her extreme bias against Ammon in a previous trial? We may never know, but Ammon shares his own perspective in the following open letter of warning he recently published; giving a brief overview of events and valuable insights into the reasons behind his actions that night…

Things You Can Do

1. Pray that our Father in Heaven will soften the hearts of those that are persecuting Ammon; that they will repent of their actions against him, and other innocent people, and drop the case entirely. If you don't pray, this would be a great reason to begin - petitioning the creator of heaven and earth for His protection over the innocent.

2. Show up! Plan to attend the upcoming trial in-person. There is strength in numbers.

3. Call the Idaho Attorney General, Raul Labrador, and request his office move to dismiss the erroneous charge, like he recently did in the case against Sara Brady. Several Idaho Statues (laws) were clearly violated during the Baby Cyrus ordeal. But, instead of bringing the perpetrators of the law to justice, time, energy and resources are being wasted prosecuting an innocent man that acted in good faith to prevent injury to a child.

4. Call and/or email Judge Annie McDevitt, urging her to dismiss the case, or at least recuse herself from the trial - due to publicly obvious bias during a previous sentencing - so a new judge can be assigned: 208-287-7483 (may be answered by a staff member screening calls), amcdevitt@adacounty.id.gov

5. Call and/or email Ada County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Whitney Welsh, urging her to drop the charges, and give a personal testimony as to Ammon's character: 208 287-7700 (may be answered by a staff member screening calls), adacountyprosecutor@adacounty.id.gov

6. Share this email/information quickly. Little time is left before the trial begins, and Ammon's freedom is in jeopardy.

7. Remember another fellow Idahoan, Robert Jones. He is now serving 6 MONTHS in Ada County jail for protesting mask mandates. His crime? “Disturbing the Peace”... by banging on a bucket for 10 minutes on a public sidewalk in the middle of the day. We simply cannot allow this tyrannical trend to continue.

You would be right in that he is beong railroaded. We followed the baby Cyrus story from the beginning. The attention brought to the matter by Mr. Bundy and other protestors forced the hand of CPS and local medical "professionals" and the case went away magically. The fact that there was a gag order on the parties involved kind of speaks to the motivations of the powers that be. Hopefully the new AG steps up and issues some "guidance" to the local prosecutor. Unfortunately, Ada county is a one of the blue islands in a sea of red in Idaho.
I've said it before here in response to those who would question his resolve. The fact the man was arrested in the state capitol, and carried out handcuffed to his chair, makes him the kind of man I want representing my interests. Not some pantywaist, milquetoast politician whose ideals change with the direction of the wind, and the amount of lobbying and government funds thrown their way. Brad Little is a scumbag enough that he basically co-opted Bundy's campaign slogan of "Keep Idaho, Idaho". He was one of the first governors in the nation to institute lockdowns, bended the knee for federal ARPA funds, and as a result got a mother arrested in Boise for taking her 5 year old to the park during the covid lockdowns. It was funny, but one of the first yard signs i saw up here in the panhandle when we moved here in 2020 was a "Recall Brad Little" sign.

I also voted for Ammon Bundy. Most of the folks I talked too also voted for him, so it was sad to see him not win. The case against him is a bunch of BS. I hope he can run for office again in the future.

I voted for Bundy as well. The Idaho Republicans don't even do much research on the RINO candidates they vote for. My theory is that they've never had to worry about Cali type leaders so they just go with the status quo. Hanko voting for Little because he's "electable" is hilarious. Why not try and make Idaho even better?

The percentage of Republican voters has increased every year we've been in Idaho...around 21 years or so. Why would I be making Idaho "even better" by voting for a loser that was removed from the Capitol fastened to a chair???

All the while, Brad Little accepts ARPA funds and other federal monies with strings attached. Many Idahoans do not want this money, nor do they want the strings that come with it. His actions during the scamdemic were enough to make me a non-believer.
As for the election stats shown above by another poster, that is showing stats for one precinct in Ada County. which does not jive with the 17% stated. By sheer numbers, Idaho is still solidly red. However, there are precincts in Ada, Blaine, and Latah counties which are trending to blue. k

Ada county is not a "blue area of Idaho." In fact, it got even more red in 2022 - since the midterms, every elected Ada county official is a Republican. Blaine, Latah, and Teton were the only counties to vote for Biden in the 2020 presidential election.

Bundy got 17.19% of the vote, less than the democrat candidate.
So less than 1 in 5 Idahoans supported him.

Ada County voted overwhelmingly Republican.
you must have mistaken it for Blaine County on the google maps.

Funny how People's Rights is branded as "Far-Right". It is a statewide network of patriots and citizens who are like minded. They are organized into community groups that get the word out to folks about government overreach and pressing issues rergarding our freedoms. Typical "unbiased" reporting in the vein of the reporting on the Patriot Front march in CdA. Note that the child's grandfather is a good friend of Ammon Bundy's. I fail to be convinced that this wasn't a power trip by local and state officials to put pressure on Ammon Bundy to quit campaigning. My experience with local RINO politicians here in Kootenai County and the shenanigans at play, are enough to convince me. People's Rights are folks who are active in their local politics, many of whom come from out of state and are trying to awaken the native electorate of the dangers of good 'ol boy politics, and the far-reaching effects of dependency on federal blackmail funds. Pretty much the only reason they are branded far-right is the fact they hold the elected officials feet to the fire. They are also the citizens who protest the firing of health care workers who didn't vax, in front of Kootenai Health, only to see Kootenai Health offer fat housing and hiring bonuses to traveling nurses and other health care workers who kiss the ring of Fauci. They also mobilized the same protests in front of the BNSF Hauser Yard to protest the federal vax mandate on rail and transportation workers.

I think Nelson had won that election outright to begin with; however, a tabulation error initially indicated that the democratic candidate (Fitzgerald) had won. Fitzgerald was a good sport, and there was talk of a recount, but I don't think they did one.
