What’s a “licensed gun owner”?
How long are you planning to store it for? If it’s a short-term loan (30 days IIRC), then no paperwork needed. Otherwise, Mr. Librarian is correct. |

Yes, and I wouldn?t worry about. It makes sense to securely store at least some arms in a location that the government can?t immediately find. The jackboots might like to make you believe otherwise, but it?s none of their crap eating business where your property is.
