What ccw's could I get when I turn 18?

Hello everybody. Are there any out of state ccw's that I could get when I turn 18? I know that Utah seems to offer provisional ccw's for 18 year olds who are non-residents. Are there any other states who offer ccw's to 18 year old non-residents?

I also know that Maine, New Hampshire, and West Virginia also seems to offer ccw's to 18 year old's who are non-residents.

OPLAW allows for an 18yr old to own a handgun

You don’t need to collect CCWs from states that issue at 18.
It’s whether the states you want to visit will recognize it.

Many states on the union don’t allow 18 yr olds to conceal carry. And if you open carry, then no permit needed (most states).
