I thought I read that the Sheriff's dept. was holding up the applications in expectation of the ipads... they were requiring the "donation", the Apple guy wasn't offering them.

But Apple doesn't support the conservative platform and they sure don't like guns on premises. Guess it's the good ole double standard again.

Requiring a bribe works ONLY when you can’t get a CCW without it, IOW only in non-Green counties on the CA CCW GC map. So, if you want to find a corrupt sheriff start by looking at the sheriffs with restrictive GC standards.

Sheriffs are really just politicians. I for one do not feel good or safe with politicians carrying assault weapons of war.(meaning of course, hi calibre, hi cap clips with hideable holster devices) Stop the madness, stop the unilateral gun control.
