You need to have a FFL license to do work on frames "such as assembly and applying special coatings and treatments". Thus why he is only able to do 80% frames.

Hope that helps anyone who is wondering.

I only have 1 OD green but can play around with the sheen, flat, satin, semi gloss. You can check out cerakote.com for some reference photos. Everything gets prepped and sandblasted before coating.

Procedure:
-Inspect parts for any damage
-Strip down slide completely
-Degrease in acetone or simple green
-Bake for 30 minutes to remove any contaminates and moisture
-Cool
-Sandblast w/120 grit aluminum oxide
-Spray H Series Cerakote
-Bake for 2 hours a 250 degrees
-Cool
-Assemble

For the work it takes, $35 is a steal! I'd definitely jump on this deal before he realizes hes under charging. Now to find a spare slide and so a snow camo theme!

Can also vouch for Sagisi. Turn around time was quick and he was very professional. The pictured tungsten Glock slides are mine and I loved how both came out.

Thanks for the clarification on sniper grey and Tungsten. What is the color of the middle slide on your original picture? Also, is the finish rough or smooth like the original Glock finish?

That would be tungsten. Its smooth but does have some texture to it. Metallic colors have a slightly rougher texture then non metallic colors.

Guys, it sounds like he can cerakote basically anything, if that's what you're wondering. I'm guessing the ad is specifically for "glock slides" because that's what costs $35, other stuff might cost more or less - maybe we should ask the OP for individual quotes on things that aren't Glock slides over PM so this doesn't keep getting bumped every 5 minutes

Many of the photos of disruptive were done with 6 parts tungsten to 2 parts black (which is what cerakote said the mixture was). It was so close in color you can barely tell. I now mix disruptive grey 6 parts tungsten to 4 graphite black and like it much better (contacted cerakote and they were wrong with the first formula and now use the 6 to 4)
