As cheap as those are, these are hella better. I prefer them to original Vortex in terms of construction, seriously. The only downside is the loud M logo.

I hate those flip up caps, although i like the function. The reason is they pop off every time you pull a rifle out of a gun case or gun sock. And when you adjust AO they turn with the adjusting. I prefer these.

The vortex for $9 more are really good... but that is pretty expensive.

Just tell everyone the "M" stands for Mil-Spec.

Unless I am missing something, these look like standard prices. $7-$8. Is there a coupon or something. CDNN sells these for less than half the price

Defenders? Mine are tight and tough. The worst ones are the free ones that come with some scope models or any in the wrong size. I have quite a few Butler Creek that have not broken, but they are flimsy compared to Defenders. $40 for a set is steep though.

The more expensive Vortex caps look pretty good, although I haven't tried them. The ~$20 ones are garbage though.

Yeah, I have a Strike Eagle. Those are pretty crappy, like Weaver, other brands' gimme caps. Vortex does sell crappy ones separately too, but their newer Defenders are tough. Defenders are also 2x or 3x the cost, so...
