Anyone receive CZ SP-01 18 round magazines yet?
CZ-USA cancelled my order Friday (last day to buy, April 5th) at noon.
Brownells shows them on backorder. I wonder if CZ is ramping up their magazine production, or if they are ignoring the increased demand from California. Anyone has insight? Last edited by ngnrnlo; 04-16-2019 at 5:17 PM.. |

I'm on B/O for 3 16 round P-01 mags.
As fair as I know most CZ mags are made by "Mec-Gar manufacturing" for CZ and marked OEM. Lag time from Mec-Gar to CZ-USA to Brownells to you and I may take a bit. The good news I did get tracking on my M1A mags today "Check-Mate Industries". Hopes are still high on my end. |

But I have an order from Brownells that is backordered for some mec gar beretta mags. The mags were OOS at midways USA but now they show in stock there (they are not doing back orders though), , so the stock is flowing. But I suspect with companies like Brownells, any stock they receive will be used to fill back orders first. They may not show in stock for some time. And our orders may take extra time also. Who knows how many back orders they are sitting on. The CZ mags were some of the first to go OOS. |

I received some from CZ Custom. I was going to go the CZ USA route but if you recall for the longest time they had on their website something to the fact of “We are not considering shipping to CA”. So I just threw my money elsewhere and apparently it turned out well.

yes. CZ-USA was late in entering the game. They eventually did on Wednesday, but changed their mind on Friday ("on advice of their lawyers") and cancelled my orders. Meanwhile, I lost the opportunity to order from other places that had them in stock.
