Ruger Marlin 45-70 trapper
Just picked up this pair today. Consecutive serial numbers so how could I say no?!? These are part of Cabelas Black Friday week sale and they had 12 of them at my local store. Mondays give an additional $120 off if you use your Cabelas card so they were a little over $1000 otd each. Can?t wait to shoot them

That one is a bit snappy, but accurate. If I had to use the Trapper for a social event, that would be my preferred loading. Trick would be to get multiple bad actors lined up for some serious multi-casualty hole punching. Would also be fun to load some shot capsules to see what type of pattern one could get.
