As the OP article says, nothing significant is likely to change. If you need proof of vaccination, you just have to do it the standard way now. As is also alluded to, these were likely a 'test run' for the new, more readily accessible (ahem) system allowing patients and providers more 'universal access' than was previously attainable.

Such is a worrisome thought.

this, they made the Vaxx Card regime stupid easy to fake around because so many of the Vaxx resister types are also the types who'd fake a card, so it gave everyone an escape route.

If they had forced the issue Anti-Vaxxers would've been pushed to the edge and fought back and many would support them and the whole thing might break down.

Now its been put in everyone's mind Vaxx ID is a legit and lawful thing, but next time it wont be able to be faked.

Polio is back in the US after being eradicated in 1994. You let 10 million people across the border without medical screening and bad things will happen.

I got my live virus Polio vax in a sugar cube as a public elementary school student in Anaheim AT the junior high school gym.

They had big trays of sugar cubes and a long line of kids. When a kid stepped up, they put a drop of the vax in the cube and then put it in your mouth.

Don't remember a certificate. Unless they gave it to my mom. School and health department probably marked it down.

Even in elementary school, I don't think I'd ever do that.

If my parents gave it to me, I likely would have - but I'd refrain from the way you described.

We saw the kids with Polio. With their crutches and crippled bodies. In town and during the TV March of Dimes campaign.

I grew up seeing kids and adults with the after effects of polio. The effects were not pleasant.
