Default Sending a FFL copy to a out of state dealer

I bought a rifle via Gunbroker from a seller in Pennsylvania.
I had a local ffl dealer ready to transfer it to California.
How does my dealer send his copy of ffl to the seller in Pennsylvania?
Can he email or fax a copy?

Funny, I have to deal with an FFL in PA for a Gunbroker win I had on Sunday. I just had the FFL I chose email the copy to the PA FFL.

Was it Keystone Arms by chance?

Do you have a receiving FFL for sure? Even if you don't use it to pay, you can select an FFL on Gunbroker checkout.
Otherwise in the past, I send a text message with the seller's contact info to my guy, and he dealt with the rest.

Romeo Alpha it was US Armament in PA
I did choose a ffl listed on Gunbroker. I gave the guy my order number and Seller email twice. The seller never got anything. I asked if he could fax a copy. No reply.
Screw him then.

I recommend semaphore or telex.

Why would anyone have and use a fax machine in 2020?

If the transferring dealer is listed on gunbroker, his FFL information should be on file with gunbroker for the seller to download.

I get an email notification from Gun Broker every time someone chooses me as the receiving FFL and my license is sent to the seller.

I know I know regarding fax machines
I’m just frustrated that the ffl dealer I choose couldn’t send a simple email to the seller

A lot of dealers aren't open right now. There's not a lot of incentive for them to go to work right now because there's nothing in stock and the headaches have gotten a lot worse in 2020.
