The other evening, my date asked me where I wanted to go for dinner. That got me thinking. Are there any restaurant owners here in Los Angeles? I've been thinking that I'd like to keep my money in the family, so to speak. I'd rather spend my dollars with calguns mechanics, calguns restaurantuers, calguns doctors, calguns carpenters...

This is actually a neat idea. I don't have a direct answer for your question, but we could use this thread as a means to lists businesses of calgunners the same way we list calguns gunstores on banners. It should be made into a sticky.

I sure need to go get my root canal filled, this clay stuff just won't last; wouldn't mind going to see a calguns dentist

I for one would rather pay $2 for something from a Calgunner over $1.50 at WalMart. And, yes, I think gunsmiths and dealers ought to be included as well.

I'm a Dentist...located in Burbank since 1985. I've got a few patients who are Calgunners....that I know of...and a few more that are shooters..but I've not asked them if they visit any of the gun forums.

I kinda keep my "hobby" on the quiet side while at work....but sometimes my staff will complain about ammo / upper receivers coming in and stacked next to the dental supplies that the UPS guy has brought in .
