Fashionably late to the party, but I think I will be able to make it to the Pizza get together tonight in Camarillo.

I'd also like to be an 'onlooker' at the class. I've done a little bit of reloading since the first class (my first reloading ever) and don't so much need the hands on - but would like to watch and listen. I'm sure there is PLENTY I need to learn. Eh Bumslie?

Just returned from our first VC Reloading Club Meet and Greet. The turnout wasn't as robust as we had hoped it would be, but we had a good time and met some new CGers who are interested in reloading. Great feedback on what people are looking for from our club.

I'm very interested in attending the Oct 13th clinic. I have some 556 and 9 mm brass that I will bring if I can make it.

It's looking somewhat feasible for me to make it on 10/13 as well, although I can't commit for sure just yet.

I'll be interested in reloading .223. Do I bring my own press and such, or will we be using only supplied equipment? I have not even opened the box yet for my Lee press, as I don't want to do anything until I have some instruction under my belt.

I have some .223 (and 5.56) brass, but it's not tumbled or anything like that yet, just retrieved from the ground after shooting at the range.

You don't need to bring your own press. We will have a brass exchange where you can bring your dirty brass (20 pieces for .223) and we will exchange it for cleaned and tumbled brass for the clinic.

Hi general:

The when will be Sunday, October 13th, 2013 at 9:00 AM at the Secret Reloading Facility in Camarillo, we will be sending PMs a few days before with the address. What to bring? If you have brass, dirty or tumbled, that is helpful but not required, we are just trying to build up a supply.

Bring cash for the donation for the clinic, $50.00 if you want to do the clinic and an extra $20.00 if you want to join the club.

For those of you in Ventura County that participated in the Xtreme Bullet group buy, Burbur is going to bring all the Ventura County bullets up to the VC Chapter leadership. We will then organize everybody's orders, and send out PMs to everybody so you can pick them up. The pick up location will be included in the PM. I will try to have everything organized by Sunday evening, but it might take a little longer. Please be patient. I will do my best to get you your bullets ASAP.

For those of you that participated in the group buy, thank you. Don't forget to thank Burbur for going to OC to pick up our bullets. Lets also thank the people that worked so hard to make this group by happen.

well thanks to the good ole "leaders" of this nation, i may not be coming to the clinic now. if nothing gets fixed by then, instead of being on paid leave to go to the clinic, it will be a furlough day for me. i wish i were, but i'm not in the position to voluntarily give up $500 yet. i'll keep you guys updated.

J/K. I spoke with Bigbronco on Saturday and I've made arrangements (home/work) to come help teach. Due to my new obligations, I will probably have to show up close to 9am and leave early in the afternoon. But, barring any unforeseen problems, I will be there.

I'll try to call BB tomorrow but, if anyone else knows of anything that I should bring besides my fat belly for lunch and my NRA instructional posters, just let me know.
