I dont see anyone down here in Lakeside. Ive been to bishers in Poway and they were screwy, quality meats in Esco and they are pretty good but Jim's in Lakeside is by far the best.

Oakland has Wayland meat market 3421 fruitvale ave, Oakland 510 530 3344. Good place fair prices.

Waylands in Oakland is busy until the end of the year and not taking any game. Got some nice restaurant contracts that last through the holidays. Too bad, they were my go-to shop.

f.a.gundes Meats (darn auto censoring) in Manteca is currently in business and doing wild game. I have been sending my wild pigs and deer there and they are good folks.
